SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING SPIDERS
Legally, spiders can ONLY be shipped through FedEx.
You have your choice between FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2-day. You MUST choose one of these FedEx options when a spider is included in your order, failure to do so will void your purchase.
SHIPPING ALL OTHER INVERTEBRATES
All other invertebrates can be shipped either through FedEx or USPS.
*Please note that you must choose USPS Express (or any of the faster options) for a Live Arrival Guarantee, choosing USPS Priority Mail will void a Live Arrival Guarantee as this shipment method can take upwards of 3 to 4 days.*
Currently, we will not ship any live animals when temperatures are lower than 50°F or higher than 90°F. Your order will be held until weather is appropriate in both locations.
All live animal shipments will ship Tuesday, since this has been found to be the safest day to ship.
PICKUPS
Please reach out BEFORE purchasing if you are planning to pickup your order.
We offer free meetups within, OSWEGO NY, FULTON NY, and SYRACUSE NY.
Any location outside of this range will then have to pay an extra gas fee that is dependent on the distance driven.
We also offer free pickups at all of the Expos we vend!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE POLICY (LAG)
*Please read the Live Arrival Guarantee Policy closely*
All of our shipping methods have a LAG, EXCEPT for USPS Priority Mail.
You must provide picture proof of the deceased animal within 24 hours of delivery, you can do so by reaching out to Al's Spider Pals via Facebook, Instagram, or email. Doing so will qualify you for a full refund or a free replacement.
ITEM REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
For any NON-LIVE ANIMAL purchase, we offer a choice of a full refund or free replacement if the item you received is damaged or wrong with submitted picture proof within 72 hours of delivery.
You may return unused items for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Your refund will then be processed minus shipping as soon as the item arrives.
CANCELATION POLICY
Please contact us ASAP if you need your order canceled!
Contacting within a 24 hour period will result in a complete refund, any later than 24 hours and your shipping label may have been already purchased and paid to the carrier. If your shipping label is already purchased, you will only be able to receive a refund for the price of the order excluding the cost of shipping.
Cancelation is unavailable once your order has shipped.
